Is Cortana down?

I notice that since my Lumia Cyan updates yesterday Cortana hasn't been responding to verbal commands and chit chat. She simply drops after indicating that she's listening. Normally of there's internet problem she responds " internet and I aren't taking now", but this time around she doesn't say anything. I wonder whether anyone is experiencing the same thing.

I must be in trouble. Mine hasn't been working. I tried many things such as deactivating it and restoring it, and soft resets.
