Is cyan update available in Saudi Arabia

I am using Nokia Lumia 920 by Mobily network so just wanna ask is cyan update available in Saudi Arabia?

It says under testing but everyone is getting update even when there says under testing

Lumia 520 on orange(France), Lumia 1520,925 and 625 received cyan. I believe Lumia 1020 and 920 are in the next wave.

Well... I am in Oman and still my Lumia 1520 doesn't show new updates, it still says my phone is up to date while it's on 8.0
