Is Hotmail down?

I just clean installed my Windows Phone, and it kept giving me a password-error when trying check my email. I visited hotmail.com and it keeps returning an error. This happened a few minutes or hours after I restored my phone.

I tested with a new account, and it appears to work, but not for my email!!
I've received 5 messages and 4 emails from Microsoft saying "your email has been changed to..", but it hasn't!

I'm not experiencing such issues and all emails have came through successfully. Maybe its a localized issue, what's your location?

Europe, Denmark. But I tried creating a new account and it worked. The huge problem is that I was about to restore something extremely important, and now I can't access my email!
