Nokia1320 screen going blank

Hi i have just got a nokia1320 three months ago. And have taken it back twice already. The problem is the screen turns off but then you cant get it to come back on, and you can't turn the phone of or do anything, with it, makes it difficult when someone rings as you can't answer it. First time i took it back they reset it, ok, but 2 weeks later same thing. But when it started up this time the windows screen was just all lines,no apps,,,now i have to wait 4 weeks to get it back,,,,,what happens if it happens again, can i demand a new phone,,,?

If your screen is consistently going blank and you're getting display errors and you've taken it to the shop and had it reset this is sounding like a hardware fault rather than a software fault. If you're still experiencing this problem, ask for a replacement phone because you've tried all the other avenues to fix this!
