Is it ok to charge from a power bank?

Guys, is the battery damaged when it is charged from a power bank(good brand)??

Of course why would it damage anything?

Now there will always be flukes as in anything. But I have no problems charging my devices from a generic power bank, a good brand should be better off.
That's what its for of course.
