Is it possible to install android apps on windows phone?

Hi guys, i'm using lumia 640 xl running with windows 8.1, i watched so many videos on Youtube related to this but i all fear is it allowable? if so is there's any related issues ?

No, it is not. Microsoft has put Project Astoria on hold, perhaps indefinitely.

Can't do it anymore. Those videos are out of date now.
