Is it possible to install lollipop on my nokia 930? if so, how to install windows 8.1 back to my Nokia 930 if I wanted todo?

Nope nope nope you can't do that. You cannot install any version of Android on any Lumia thus far.

XDA is probably the source on these things, that video and source are highly suspect.

The best course of action is the sell the 930 and buy a phone that does have a recent version of Android.

I guess thats just a launcher app put into app corner.
