Is it possible to play games on Surface Pro 3?

Hi, my brother is giving me his surface pro 3 and I was wondering if I could download and play games such as LoL. It would be great if anyone could help, Thanks.

Yes You can play games on it, like on regular PC. I play Counter-Strike: Source, and CS:GO on it without any problems.

You can download LoL, like on PC via Steam
