Is it possible to set up an outlooks calander for church activity

Hi all, I am a pastor of a local church and looking to create a calander for the local church where the deacons can edit it and everyone can view it. Is this possible with outlook? To have myself and the deacons editing it but all able to access it, view times and locations of events?

Have had a wee look around my live.com account but think to do this we may have to set up a church one?

It is possible to do this. In the calendar, click on new-->calendar. Name it and add other details you like. Click on save. You will see an option to edit sharing. There you will have two options, one, to send an email to people you want to share with, or you can get a link for this calendar and send the link to the people you want. Also make sure you select appropriate permissions whom you are sharing with like view only, or co-owner.
