Is it at all possible to developer unlock and sideload apps from a windows 7 PC to a Windows Phone 8.1? Thanks in advance.

IMO App development for WP 8.1 will need VS 2013, in turn will need Win 8 I believe.

u can install the wp8 sdk lite(size 64 mb) on windows 7 32/64 bit.
you will get the developer registration and deployment tool from Microsoft.



i know it will allow us to sideload apps from pc,
but i am confused about one thing.
can i download apps normally online from ms store even after developer unlocking my phone?
