That actually sounds like the device would be for some type of government agency, such as the military, that needs a highly secure device. That's the arm of Motorola that is still its own independent US company, not the one bought by Google and sold to Lenovo.

from what I saw its a device targeted for enterprise/commercial/industrial use with Windows Embedded, so probably not going to be something we'll see in the AT&T store.
