"Microsoft Mobile Oy, Keilalahdentie 2-4 FIN-02150 Espoo, Finland (hereinafter “Manufacturer”) provides this Manufacturer's Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) for the genuine product (the “Product”), which Manufacturer has released for sale in the European Union, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, and Turkey (“Covered Countries”) since 1 November 2013."

I have some problems with my 950XL and I'm not too sure if it's eligible for warranty, it is made in Vietnam.
It's less than 24 months from purchasing. If yes, what are the steps to send it?
Thank You

If you contact B2X (the company Microsoft has outsourced Lumia service and support to) they should be able to tell you whether the phone is eligible or not. You have nothing to lose.

Nice one. I tried to go on that link from Microsoft website, but didn't work.
Thank You

I suppose we Windows Phone users don't have to worry to much about counterfeit copies, I mean who on earth would try to copy a phone running a dead OS.
