I'm in Australia and even the US Microsoft site is down across multiple devices...

All appears to be running just fine here in the UK for me, though that could well be an illusion created by the Illuminati to pit the community against one another.

OK, nevermind. I've tracked the issue down to most likely being our router or ISP suddenly deciding Microsoft doesn't exist...

it is not down but I have one problem in store (PC version). whenever I download an app or update it, app is downloaded or updated very slow. Only downloading for hours and nothing happened. This problem I am facing in AU. Sometimes apps are downloaded successfully and sometimes they take more time and never updated or downloaded. Can anybody help me..
