Is MPA tool removed from the store?

My phone was broken for a couple of weeks and I had no back up, I got it back now and I am trying to download the app MPA tool, but I cannot find it anymore. Is it removed?

I linked to this in another thread the other day and apparently they refreshed the app but ever since they refreshed it, it seems to say it's been pulled from the store. I can't know if it'll come back in a few days or not. I hope so... it was a brilliant app! Maybe someone can find out a way to contact the devs and ask them?

Yes, it removed, but I had luck to update it yesterday

MPAtool updated today...tho not shown in store search, it shows via 'purchase history'...
