Is streaming from OneDrive broken or just bad? (Android)

So on my drive to work this morning, I tried the streaming from OneDrive option. Songs would take about 20-30 seconds to play; sometimes pausing midway through. I thought maybe I was just experiencing a slow connection (my data speeds aren't great on Cricket) so I decided to give it another shot on wifi. Even at 30Mbps, songs would still take an usual long time to start. I just installed the app this morning so I'm not sure if an uninstall and reinstall will help. And even on LTE, Youtube videos play immediately. I can't figure out what gives with Groove on Android.

NVM, I got tired of the poor quality and downloaded PlayerPro; which costs $4 but at least it can read data off my SD card without having to first format it as internal memory.

Groove on Android is bugged.
