Is the back cover to the black L730 really black or is it gray?

(dumb) question about the black L730

hey
so i'm considering an upgrade, and the 730 now seems a good deal, i'm guessing it'll have a good price very soon where i live... i'd like to get the black one, but after watching some unboxing videos, its back cover doesn't look ''very black''... i mean, it's more like a dark grey, but still not actually black like the black x20 series. Compared to my 520, it does look ''less black'' (lulz). So i'm thinking, any of you black Lumia 730 owners can answer me about "how black" the phone really is? (sounds dumb i know ) If it's more like grey instead of real black i'd get the white one instead...

There is no black model. There only white, dark gray(no it'd not black), green and glossy orange.

Black would be awesome. But I think the dark grey color looks quite nice too. Looks different.

It's like a graphite grey matte finish. I prefer it to straight out black.

After spending ten minutes with the dark grey and green versions i decided on the green. Both are matte finished , grey looks boring(to me). How ever when it comes to your question as to how black the dark grey is ? then i would say that it is not black at all.

After spending ten minutes with the dark grey and green versions i decided on the green. Both are matte finished , grey looks boring(to me). How ever when it comes to your question as to how black the dark grey is ? then i would say that it is not black at all.

where did you check both dark grey and green colours in India? can you specify the shop name and city, so that i can also check if possible.

Dark Grey is almost BLACK!!!! my friend has it and I have the white one..
