Is the developer preview still running

the update that was pushed out yesterday pretty much left my phone in a pretty bad state I want to know if the DP is still running so if I downgrade my OS version using the nokia tool can I enrol back in the preview and update back to 8.1?

Yes DP is still running :) just downgrade the phone and then upgrade again.. Sucky situation to be in tho
