Is the Lumia 640 a good upgrade from my current Windows Phone?

Well, I'm going from the 930 (yes, 930) to the 640 XL lol

I have the 925. I plan on getting the 640 when it's available in the US. Although I do find the 4.5 inches on the 925 to be the perfect size. The 640 will probably take some getting used to in the hands.
