Is Lumia 640 xl Lte (single sim) available in the market..???

Hi guys , i ve planed to buy Lumia 640 xl lte single sim model, but i couldn't find single sim model phones, only dual sims available, And even in e- shopping (e-bay, amazon), i couldn't find the single sim model, only dual sim phones are available. Isn't the Lumia 640 xl Lte (single sim) available in the market..???
if so pls giv links and give some details should be noticed before purchasing

First and foremost which region are you looking to purchase the 640 XL LTE in?

The 640 XL is getting tough to find.
I looked on Expansys Asia and they don't even list it in any version anymore.

Phones from Microsoft were reduced in price recently.
I don't know if you can get one from them directly

That's very true. I see a bunch of 640s in the wild but have yet to see another XL like mine. I definitely turn heads when they see an orange phone in a clear case.
