Thats totally wrong and misleading.Windows phone OS is the only mobile OS that was NOT hacked by any hacker in a recent event about mobile OS security

Not technically true; WP was hacked, but the hacker couldn't gain elevated privileges, meaning he couldn't do anything outside the sandbox. When it was attempted on iOS, they did manage to gain elevated privileges. So WP at the moment has better sandboxing security.
