is there a Microsoft Health app for the W10 PC ?

I have now pre-ordered Band 2. I have microsoft Health app installed on my Lumia but when I search for Microsoft Health app in the Windows store I can't find it?

Don't microsoft tells us about "one app for all Windows 10 devices" or how do they call it? Or is it just me that can't find it on W10 PC but I can find it on my phone store.

Yes, another instance of you don't need "an app for that" - the website works just fine.

But there is this for Windows desktop computers, it will sync when you use the USB charge cable.
