Is there a Microsoft Phone for boost mobile

It needs to support Sprint's network to function. You have slim pickings there.

I believe there was also a Lumia 635 for Boost, but it's been quite some time since the 635 was in its prime.

As far as I know, there isn't. Building a phone that supports Sprint/Verizon's CDMA networks costs significantly more than with GSM carriers, so no one as far as I know have bothered with a Windows phone, which never reach expectations as it is. You have a few options with other carriers, but I can't think of any phone that would work with Boost Mobile. You might try picking up an unlocked Verzion Lumia 730. That should work, but that phone is quite old now.

Ive used a 640 micro phone on boost for over 2 years so far without issues. Not sure about newer models.
