Is there a more direct way to open the "Connect" quick action sub-panel?

The panel that appears after you click/tap on "Connect" in quick actions, e.g.:


I'm looking to find a more direct way to get to this panel, ideally a pinned tile directly on the start screen, for an elderly (95 year old!) user.

I know it's only 2 clicks as-is, but the first click is small and fiddle-y - a massive tile is much easier to hit when you've got failing eyesight!

Any help greatly appreciated
