Unnecessary. Most Windows Phone apps are sandboxed and actions such as automated messages require confirmation.

And if you happen to search, you'll find countless threads asking for the same thing, and why one does not need one. (even if you wanted one, there are none because there's simply nothing to scan for)

So many user asking for antivirus. Lol.
Windows phone doesn't need antivirus, because app run in sandbox like memory. It would never harm your phone in anyway.
