Is there a way to change my contacts into google contacts?

I have a Nokia Lumia 435 and all of my contacts are saved as Microsoft accounts. I would like to change them into google accounts in order to sync them to my google and then onto another device. I can't seem to find a way to this.

If you log into contacts.google.com, you can go to "More>" (on the left) then "Import." From there, you can import your Outlook contacts to Google and easily get them onto a Google based device.

This is the easiest way I have found to transfer contacts from Windows Mobile to Android.
