Is there a way to enab wifi calling for Lumia 830?

I have an unlocked Lumia 830, and I'm wondering if there's a way to enable wifi calling for it. I am using it on T-Mobile's network.

I've seen some cases of others changing their device in the my account section of the T-Mobile portal, and wifi calling was available after a reboot.

I've not heard of that trick... I have always heard that WiFi calling will only install on a T-MoUS branded device.

Unless that is an instruction for iPhone users, who of course don't ever get branded phones.
