Is there a way to force update to a new build?

I had to reset my test vm which was on build 11099 and saw that it defaulted back to the slow ring. I changed it back to fast and tried to update hoping to get 11102 but no updates were available. Is this just a matter of time before I get the update? or can I tweak something to get that?
