Is there a way to have dark mode enabled for everything except files explorer?

Is there a way to have dark mode enabled for everything except files explorer?
Since last Windows 10 Update (Fall 2018), the files explorer becomes dark too when dark mode is enabled. Is it possible to keep the files explorer "classical white" but everything else dark?
