Is there a way to remotely control another Windows phone?

Are there any apps that I could put on one Windows phone to control a different Windows phone? In this case, I am using my 635 as a music player attached to a speaker and would like to be able to control it with my 640 from other rooms (or even the same room. - I'm lazy).
