Is there a way to transfer all my data to a new phone

I just bought an 8x recently but since the screen,had a problem, I'm getting a replacement ...Is it possible to move all my data as it is to the replacement I receive , including my apps and saved games?

I'm running gdr3 on my current 8x while,the one I get would be on gdr1

You should have an online backup with most of your apps and accounts in it. You will need to update the new phone to gdr3, then reset it and sync up your backup. Of course, you will loose your photos/videos/songs on the phone, so back them up if they aren't already.
