Is there a way to view system logs on Windows Phone 8.1?

My phone seems to reboot itself fairly frequently and I'd like to find out why. Is there a way to view event logs so I can determine the cause?

Unless you're a Microsoft admin I don't think you can view system logs, you just have to hard reset losing any data you don't want, backup whatever you can beforehand first though.
