Is there an app where I can upload to YouTube?

Well, you can in the browser itself. Haven't tried any Apps because the browser works, personally.

I use Tube HD and that app have the recording - upload for YT function... but never use the upload ability, so i'm unaware if uploading really works good in Tube HD... but you don't lose anything by trying the app.
