Is there any app in Windows 10 mobile that is similar to windows 8.1's Nokia Smart Cam

Am looking for the function of removing moving objects when taking pictures

The lumia camera app had a feature where multiple photos would be taken in quick succession and you could remove the moving objects
I don't know if the other camera apps like camera 360 can do this?

this feature hasn't been added yet - there was another app called blink - I don't know if that can work on windows 10?
