Is there any flaw in any OS or BIOS, or component-running SCRIPT?? or in the execution of any such script?

I mean if, by any chance, would a simple (machine) run lead a however unlawful use or unlawful exploit or production of any unlawful operation within or related or part to the cyber field of science/industry.
