Is there any other music service that let's me download whatever songs I want to play offline?

It's been a couple years since I last checked. The only reason I stayed with Xbox Music as long as I did was because I'm able to download my songs.

Xbox Music did get much better, but it's still disappointing compared to the old days of Zune.

What about Spotify? Subscribers can download and play the songs offline.
