is there any ways to connect to a device that doesn't support SPP on bluetooth?

i wanted to connect to my new controller brand is IPEGA but is seem unable to connect then i connect it it disconnect after a few second i wanted to use the controller for my PSX game Is there AnyWays? BTW i am using Window Phone 8.1 Lumia 735 i need help !! please any one that could offer some help please help me
