Not anymore. W10M is no longer available for unsupported devices through the insider program. In order to get it now, you will have to hack your phone's registry to make it appear as a different, supported device. There are threads here that explain how to do so. Just search for 'registry hack'.

currently it isn't possible but as has been said, there ways to hack this - however they are not safe methods and your device can be permanently damaged
