Nothing official anytime soon but if u sign up for preview then probably by the end of Feb.

Yup they said that at some point in February they will release a preview of Windows 10 for phone.

Sorry for the bad news but The preview for phones i think isn't gonna be available for all phones because the windows insider app says your needs to "meet the hardware requirements " so maybe for the beginning only the strong phones like 930/1520 will get the preview

we can speculate to kingdom come, maybe that requirement is for only phones that are colored green?

with the release of the first build around the corner, might as well wait a little bit.
