Is this black background in people Live Tile normal?

Hi guys, i recently noted this black background in my people live tille which i didn't notice before and may be it is normal (pardon me for that). Just review this image below and tell me if it's the same as yours or if there's a problem in mine.

hahaha! seriously, I thought the same before posting this but i checked my contacts in a hurry but after you said that, i checked them again and found the culprit, lol. A friend of mine was using it. Thanks Guys!
