Is this new FAQ page officially declares no double tap to wake?

Hi, as far as I know this FAQ page is put online newly (because it appears when I select "last week" on Google:

FAQ - Does my Lumia support double tap to wake up? - Microsoft - India

Does this mean that new Lumias won't have this feature? Because I think if this feature is to be enabled in a future update they would have told us, instead of just saying "it is not supported".

PS: Can somebody change "Is" in the topic title to "Does" and "declares" to "declare"? Sorry about that.

Personally, I don't trust Microsoft to add a feature if its not there at launch and considering there has been no official announcement about them adding it in the future (only wishful thinking by owners) I would say that pretty much is as official as you can get that its not coming at all.

With all the disinformation on the various MS sites (store, device page, international versions...), my trust in anything posted there is close to zero.
