Only reason I ask is for some reason, after getting the Tech Preview, phone says I have an Update. No idea what it could be. However, when I attempt to download, it says it won't unless I am connected to WiFi. I am connected to Wifi. So is wifi actually working? How can you even tell if we can't disable Mobile Data?

Get this app: ActiveNet Now! | Windows Phone Apps+Games Store (United States)
when you open it if you're actually connected to an active WiFi network connection, it will say
Active Network: WiFi
and WiFi will be GREEN
when you open it if you're actually connected to an active WiFi network connection, it will say
Active Network: WiFi
and WiFi will be GREEN
