Is Win 2004 available yet for Surface Book 2 ?

I have a Surface Book 2 and it still has not been updated to the May Windows update. Is this a general thing? Thanks in advance for your responses...

Yes, there's still a block probably for drivers. Plus there's a long list of known issues so I'm not in a hurry to put it on any system.
