Is your Surface 2 still functional? Mine is not. Certificate problems.

Hi all,

Checking in to see if your Surface 2 tablets are still working.

I'm not sure when it happened, but there must have been some update that has wreaked havoc on my Surface.
- Internet Explorer browser was getting blocked from going to websites because of certificate errors. I am occasionally allowed to get to the website by clicking an option that says something like "continue anyway"
- Windows Store App unable to connect to Windows Store
- After resetting the tablet, Windows Store not able to install apps ("your connection is too slow" ... which isn't the case)
- Email - some accounts were timing out. seems like I am able to remove & re-add them
- Netflix - cant connect
- Plex - can see my media but "failed to play" a movie

I think it was last working on December 29 2017.

Any ideas on how to resurrect this thing?
And is your experience that you have to effectively rebuild/reset it every X weeks?

I've noticed that when it comes to MS's orphans, support and everything drops off really fast. Like they don't much around, if it's a dud and the market hasn't adopted it, they more or less throw the few users off a cliff with it.
