Issue with Cortana reading texts while listening to music.

I have a problem with the official release of 8.1 + Cyan that I didn't have in the preview version. When I listen to my music and I have Cortana set to read my incoming messages when I'm using my wired headset, she does it. But when she finishes the music plays thru the headset and the rear of my 1520. I've contacted AT&T and we contacted Nokia and no one seems to be aware of this bug. We did a rollback to windows 8 and a fresh reinstall of 8.1+ Cyan and the problem is still there. Finally AT&T decided to issue me a new phone and I still have the same issue. Finally today I decided to turn Cortana off and use the regular text to speech option in the settings and the issue is the same. I was just wondering if anyone else is having this issue, being that it is happening on two different phone. It's not a compatibility issue with the headset, because I have Nokia Purity Headphones, Klipsch ear buds and a Monster aux cable I use in my car and no matter which I'm using after she sends the message or ignore it the music resumes thru my headset or car stereo and the rear of the phone. Also I'm not streaming my music I'm listening to my personal collection stored on my sd card.

it happens every time you plug in your headset? like, cortana starts talking when you plug in your headset?

No, I have my phone set for Cortana to read incoming messages when I have my headset plugged in, but the issue is when a message comes in while I'm listening to my music, Cortana notifies me that I have a message and asks if I'd like read it or whatever, but when she's done instead of the music resuming through the headset it also plays through the rear speaker on the phone and the headset.
