Issue with Family hub messaging

My wife has a 1020, I have a 920, my daughter has a 620. The problem we are having is when my wife(1020) sends a text in the family hub I will often not get the message. My daughter(620) always gets it from my wife and me. My wife always gets mine. We all have the same phone service.


Any clue what could be the problem?
