issue with the storage switch from the phone to SD card !

hi all,

i'm currently facing serious issues with changing storage locations, my phone keeps telling me that the intern storage is full, but i'm not able to switch the datas from the phone location to my SD card !
is ther e a way to get this sorted ?

You cant shift data from internal memory to memory card in the phone itself, if that's what you're asking. To do that you need to connect your phone to a PC and then do it manually.

Otherwise go to settings > phone storage > store new music + videos on > SD Card, stoer new pictures on > SD Card
(i recommend you store pictures on phone memory only because it faster to save pics from camera and load the gallery, if you use a class 10 memory card then its fine to use SD card to store pictures)
