Junk cleaner

How do I clean the junk from my lumia 640 xl phone ? Is there a program - app built in or do I have to load an app like CCleaner ?

You can use Storage Sense and then delete temporary files and clean IE history.
But actual a windows phone is not a junk collector.

There are some storage cleaner apps but they have mixed reviews so if you like a gamble you could try them but I will not take that risk.
