Got the firmware here in Germany too. Build date is 24 Jan 2018. Probably updated patched version for Meltdown and Spectre.

Very very slow after install(Surface Pro 3 core i3), almost 100 % CPU continously when working seriously, including opening several URLs in Edge
Surface Pro 3 core i3, which previously was a very usable machine, it's now almost unusable
