K5005565 issues

Post the K5005565 update, the taskbar will not load up. I have tried most of the mainstream solutions available to fix the problem. I have reloaded Win 10 hoping this may fix the issue, alas, no. Restarting explorer does not fix the problem.

Uninstall this update KB5005565 OS Build 19041.1237 and if after restart found your computer fine the reinstall this build. I hope your problem will e solved..
