KB3194789 Cummulative update failed

As mentioned in the title on my laptop the update KB3194798 failing again and again. It gets downloaded then installed and when i restart laptop to make changes it says update couldn't be installed undoing changes. Happening for over a month now.

Thank you for the response. I am looking for the solution where i don't have to delete my data and installed applications. Unless it is last resort

The biggest isssue have seen is that there is no way to stop a BUILD/ UPDATE from downloading. I mean there should be an option to pause but it downloads any way. I tried setting up my connection as Metered and this didn't help either.
For that reasons i pulled out of Insider program and now i have been facing issues with Cumulative update failed every time.
The issue is getting serious as it forces me every time to "Update and Shutdown", "Update and Restart" and the whole cycle of installation and then undoing changes goes on and on.

Hi There are a lot of posts about the cumulative up date in the link I posted. You could try a in-place repair upgrade. I have posted a link there also!:wink: Not everyone has the same problem and so you have to keep trying different things! Always create a back up image before trying these major fixes!
